Tedee GO richiede che il cilindro europeo esistente abbia una funzione di emergenza: con le chiavi inserite contemporaneamente su entrambi i lati del cilindro, la rotazione di una chiave deve provocare la rotazione simultanea dell’altra. 

Compatibile con i cilindri che si adattano a Tedee PRO, nonché con gli adattatori per catenaccio e mortasa ovale se utilizzati insieme all’adattatore per barra Tedee GO.

Datek Ferramenta ships exclusively via express courier. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed on the site, if placed on weekdays.

The customer must communicate to us a date and a time slot of at least 3-4 working hours , so we can schedule the collection at a convenient time.

- Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive the return, we will carry out all the necessary checks, verifying various aspects: such as the presence of the original box, the presence of any accessories or parts included, any damage not present in the original new product, etc. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method within 5 business days.

- Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the return request exceeds 30 days, we invite you to provide us with as many details as possible to better evaluate the situation. We anticipate that in this case, the shipping costs for the return of the goods are paid by the customer.
