Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the products without any penalty and without having to provide any reason. The withdrawal can be exercised by sending a communication to the address info @datekferramenta .it .
Return Procedure
The Customer must return the purchased products within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal, following the instructions provided by Datek Ferramenta for the management of the return. The goods must be returned intact, complete with original packaging, accessories and documentation.
Reimbursement
Once the returned product is received, an inspection will be carried out and, if the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 5 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are free if the withdrawal occurs within 30 days, otherwise they will be charged to the Customer.
