Datek Ferramenta ships exclusively via express courier. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed on the site, if placed on weekdays.

  • Italy area (excluding Sardinia)
  • Italy Zone (Sardinia only)
  • Eurozone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Germany)
  • Eurozone 2 (Romania)

Shipping Times

  • Northern and Central Italy: 24/48 working hours
  • Southern Italy (Sicily included): 24 working hours
  • Sardinia and smaller islands: 48/72 working hours

Free return

The customer must communicate to us a date and a time slot of at least 3-4 working hours , so we can schedule the collection at a convenient time.

Once we receive the return, we will carry out all the necessary checks, verifying various aspects: such as the presence of the original box, the presence of any accessories or parts included, any damage not present in the original new product, etc. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method within 5 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
