I fogli abrasivi SIA 7988 siastrong grana 180, nel formato 115 x 140 mm, sono progettati per le operazioni di carteggiatura, levigatura e preparazione delle superfici prima della verniciatura e della finitura.
La grana 180 consente di eliminare piccole irregolarità, attenuare i segni delle lavorazioni precedenti e preparare la superficie alle successive fasi di carteggiatura più fine. È indicata per lavorazioni su legno duro e tenero, fondi, stucchi, vecchie vernici, lacche, materie plastiche e altre superfici compatibili.
La serie 7988 siastrong utilizza grani in ossido di alluminio applicati su un supporto a rete con legante elastico. L'abrasivo è presente su entrambi i lati, caratteristica che ne aumenta la versatilità e permette di sfruttare più a lungo il foglio durante la lavorazione.
La struttura altamente flessibile permette al foglio di adattarsi con facilità a contorni, curve, bordi e profili.
